Where do you ship from?


We ship from Buffalo, New York. All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service




When will my order be shipped?


Non customized orders will ship 3-5 business days once payment is made




How long does personalized orders take?


All personalized orders take 7-10 business days to create and will ship upon completion




Do you offer expedited/overnight shipping?


Yes! Only for non customized orders placed before 1pm est.




How can I check the status of my order?


A confirmation email with tracking numbers will be sent once your order has shipped.




My order says delivered but was not received?


Robes of Essence is not responsible for any lost/stolen items once tracking information states that your package was delivered. If items have not been received, order can be located by using tracking number or contacting your local postal service.
